By way of an interim order, passed in an earlier writ application, which is C. W. J. C. No. 11203 of 2014, petitioner was allowed to sit for the examination for Primary Teachers' Training for the session 2012-14. Examination was scheduled for 22nd of July, 2014. However, the Court restrained the respondents from publishing the result. Primarily the issue was with regard to underage of the petitioner.

Since then, by virtue of an order passed in C. W. J. C. No. 11125 of 2013, which was case of Shiwani Kumari & others Versus State of Bihar, decided on 16.04.2014, the State, i.e., Department of

Patna High Court CWJC No.11529 of 2015 dt.03-03-2016 2/2 Education itself has issued a resolution, bearing no. 414, dated 16.07.2014, by virtue of which, persons with even 17 years of age are permitted to participate in such examination. In view of the same, the present writ application is disposed off with a direction upon the respondents that the result of the petitioner would now be published.
