2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Bidupur P.S. Case No. 566 of 2018.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated on the accusation of recovery of stolen motorcycle from the house of the petitioner as appearing in the seizure list forming part of the F.I.R. No case has been lodged with regard to theft of the subject motorcycle. The petitioner claims clean antecedents.

4. Having regard to the nature of accusations, gravity of the offence alleged as well as the recovery of the stolen
