JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 20-08-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341,323,307,427 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the accused persons assaulted the father in law of the son of the informant.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the accusation has been levelled in the background of land dispute. In paragraph 8 of the petition statement has been made that Dinesh Mahto has not received any injury. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35389 of 2015 (2) dt.20-08-2015 2/2 petitioners be released on provisional anticipatory bail for two months in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned JM Ist Class, Begusarai in connection with Khodabandpur P.S. Case No.38 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. The provisional bail will be confirmed by the learned court below on verification of the fact that Dinesh Mahto has not received any injury.
