This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 28.3.2014 by which petitioner along with others were granted anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court. This Court finds that after about two years, petitioner has not surrendered in the court below which shows gross negligence and disrespect to the order of the Court.

Therefore, this Court finds no merit in this case. It is , accordingly, rejected.

However, petitioner may surrender in the court below, i.e., Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya, in connection with Rampur P. S. Case no. 118 of 2013 and make prayer for regular bail which will be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced by the order of this Court.
