JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 02-09-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 326 (A), 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is contended that there is land dispute between the parties. There is a case and counter case and entire family members have been implicated in this case with ulterior motive. It is further contended that no acid injury has been found on the back of the informant as evident from the injury report which shows that there is only irritation without any discoloration of skin and the doctor has not opined that the same has been caused by acid rather it has been stated that it has been caused by irritating substance. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, namely, Asha Devi be released on bail in the event of her arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Hajipur Town P.S. Case No.332/2016, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000 (Ten Thousand Rupees) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur subject to the conditions as laid down under sub-section (2) of Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
