Taking into consideration that petitioner was caught on the spot and snatched money was recovered from his possession, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and, hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Jamalpur P.S.Case No. 63 of 2016, pending in the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Munger stands rejected.
