JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 12-03-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner being Panchayat Mukhia is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406,409,420,467 and 468 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that money with regard to Kabir Funeral Scheme were paid to fifty six fake and dead persons. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that during investigation only six persons have been given said money. It is further submitted that the petitioner is ready to deposit Rs.84000/- before the learned court below which will be invested in some fixed deposit scheme in connection with the present case which will be subject to the result of the case. No.43494 of 2014 (2) dt.12-03-2015 deposit of rupees eighty four thousand, let the above named petitioner be released on bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Jehanabad in connection with Kurtha P.S. Case No. 116 of 2014 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
