The petitioner is accused in connection with Kutumba P.S. Case No. 71 of 2014 registered under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. rather in course of investigation the name of the petitioner has come on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Dinesh Choudhary, except that there is nothing against him. Further submission is that on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Dinesh Choudhary petitioner has been made accused in three other cases, but in all three cases, he is on bail and is in custody since 01.04.2016.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27574 of 2016 (2) dt.11-07-2016 Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the J.M. Ist Class, Aurangabad, in connection with Kutumba P.S. Case No. 71 of 2014. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner.
