Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the bail petition of the petitioner, the court where the case is pending was inadvertently mentioned in the bail petition as 'Additional Sessions Judge-1st, Jehanabad' in place of 'Sri Sudhir Sinha, Sub-Judge-I, Jehanabad', therefore, the order dated 31.08.2018 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 39859 of 2018, may be modified.

In view of the above, 'Sri Sudhir Sinha, Sub-JudgeI, Jehanabad' shall be read in place of 'Additional Sessions Judge-1st, Jehanabad' in the order dated 31.08.2018 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 39859 of 2018.
