Mr.Lakshmi Kant Sharma ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 10-04-2019 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned APP for the State.

The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 430 of 2016 for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 341, 342, 354(B), 355, 379, 500, 504, 509 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation is regarding a Panchayati being held in which several persons participated and thereafter they are said to have shaved the hair of the informant and her husband and

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in the present case and are having a clean antecedent, except the petitioner no.2 who is an accused in one case, but he is on bail in the said case. The petitioners are stated to be languishing in custody since 04.02.2019. It is lastly submitted that the petitioners are ready to pay cash security for the purposes of grant of bail. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to direct for release of the petitioners, above named, on regular bail subject to deposit of a sum of Rs. 5,000/- each with the Nazarat of the concerned court for the purposes of release from custody court and further subject to such conditions as may be imposed by the learned court of C.J.M., Araria in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No.430 of 2016.

With the aforesaid directions, the present bail petition stands disposed of.
