The petitioner seeks bail in Bihpur (Bhawanipur) P.S. Case No. 88/2018, instituted for the offences under Sections 392 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner was not identified by the informant. His name has been disclosed to the informant by the villagers due to village politics. No T.I.P. of the petitioner has been held. There is no recovery of any incriminating article from possession of this petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 24.03.2018. Considering the period of custody of the petitioner, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55680 of 2018 (2) dt.20-09-2018 2/2 bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 1st Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Naugachia, Bhagalpur in connection with Bihpur (Bhawanipur) P.S. Case No. 88/2018, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
