Petitioner is an accused in connection with Sakra P.S. Case No. 460 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 307, 302, 326, 504, 506, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in connection with the present case. It is further submitted that the present case has been lodged after 1 and 1⁄2 years. It is further submitted that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner and the petitioner is in custody since 08.01.2020.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail
