JUSTICE KISHORE KUMAR MANDAL ORAL ORDER 15-02-2017 Heard the counsel for the petitioner in support of the present application seeking modification in the order dated 29.11.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 35568 of 2016. It is stated that by mistake the address of the applicant was furnished as the resident of district Siwan. Consequently, the said district crept into the cause title of the said order. Resultantly, the petitioner could not surrender and get the privilege of anticipatory bail which was granted under order dated 29.11.2016. In this regard, he has drawn attention of the Court to the certified copy of the FIR wherein the name of the petitioner figures at serial no.23 in the column of the accused wherein she is shown to be the wife of Arun Parasar, resident of Mohalla-Salempur, P.S. Chapra town, district Saran.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1727 of 2017 (2) dt.15-02-2017 2/2 Considering the above, the application is allowed. In the cause title of the order dated 29.11.2016, the name of the district shall be read as Saran in place of Siwan.
Since the Court has modified the said order dated 29.11.2016, the time granted under the said order for her surrender is extended to 27.02.2017.
The order dated 29.11.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 35568 of 2016 is modified/clarified to that extent only. (Kishore Kumar Mandal, J) HR/- U T
