Patna P.S.Case No.11 of 2012 registered for the offences punishable under sections 363 and 366A of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegations made in the First Information Report do constitute a cognizable offence. From the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the State, it would transpire that on conclusion of investigation the police have already submitted charge sheet in the case on 30th November, 2014.
