JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 12-11-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was granted the privilege of anticipatory bail by the learned Court below vide order dated 24.01.2020 with certain conditions and the petitioner was to surrender before the Court below within fifteen days from the date aforestated. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that now, petitioner only wants for extension of period of surrender.

In view of the aforesaid circumstances, this petition stands disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to surrender before the Court below within four weeks from today and if, the
