2. The petitioners are in custody in connection with Belsand P.S Case No. 10 of 2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399, 402, 413, 414 of the I.P.C and 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

3. As per prosecution case, it is alleged that some firearms and ammunition were recovered from the petitioner and the co-accused.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. It is

No.22883 of 2024(3) dt.17-05-2024 2/2 next submitted that one of the co-accused has already granted bail by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 26.04.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 26023 of 2024. It is also submitted that petitioners are in judicial custody since 21.01.2024.

5. However, learned APP for the State oppose the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners.

6. On perusal of the FIR, impugned order, it appears that the is no independent witness of the seizure list and also considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions made on behalf of the petitioners, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Sitamarhi in connection with Belsand P.S Case No. 10 of 2024.
