Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 504, 506, 308, 379, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that petitioner and his three associates snatched rupees forty five thousand of the informant when this petitioner assaulted the informant with the butt of the pistol causing injury on the head of the informant. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that at earlier point of time the petitioner filed Hajipur Town P.S. Case No. 23 of 2015 against the uncle of the informant levelling accusation under Sections 341, 323, 379, 363, 387, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Hence, as a retaliatory measure the present case has been lodged.

No.36770 of 2015 (2) dt.11-09-2015 2/2 Considering the nature of accusation, let learned Court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 59 of 2015, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur.

With the observations above, the application stands disposed off.
