The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Narhat P.S. Case No. 152 of 2016 registered under Sections 406, 420, 120B of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that the petitioners purchased a tractor in the year 2007 after taking loan from Madhya Bihar Gramin Bank, Baijnathpur Branch and the said tractor was sold without repayment of the entire amount of loan. Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2493 of 2017 (2) dt.03-03-2017 2/2 petitioners submits that petitioners have also mortgaged the land being a security to the bank and the tractor was sold as misconception as after ten years the tractor was not in the running condition.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named, be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, IIIrd, Nawada in connection with Narhat P.S.
