JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 17-08-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Krityanand Nagar (Srinagar) P.S. Case No. 456 of 2015 registered under Sections 25(1-B)(a) and 26 of the Arms Act. The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected vide order dated 14.12.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 55924 of 2015.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he has remained in custody for about eleven months.

Regard being had the period already undergone by the petitioner in custody, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten Thousand) with two
