The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 323, 324, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per F.I.R., this petitioner is alleged to have given knife blow to Ranju Devi.

Doctor has found simple injury. Both parties are covillagers and F.I.R. has been lodged due to village politics. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on
