Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 380 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is a teacher in the coaching institute where the informant is proprietor. Money of the informant was found missing from his room and other students informed that the petitioner was seen inside the room. Therefore, the petitioner is under suspicion.
Considering the nature of allegation and completion of investigation against the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.57339 of 2018 (2) dt.20-09-2018 2/2 where the case is pending in connection with Town Police Station Case No. 517 of 2018, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner as well as condition that both the bailors shall be resident of the territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below.
