JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 03-04-2019 The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Sasaram Rail P.S. Case No. 92 of 2018, dated 24.08.2018, instituted for the offences under Sections 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant was pick-pocketed on the railway platform and the arrested person has disclosed the name of the petitioner.

For the reasons aforestated and taking into account the clean antecedents of the petitioner, he, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of the present order, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya/Assistant Chief Judicial Magistrate, Railway, Gaya, in connection with Sasaram Rail P.S. Case No. 92 of 2018, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
