The petitioners seek anticipatory bail in connection with Complaint Case No. 950C of 2013 in which cognizance has been taken under Sections 498-A of the Indian Penal Code. It has been contended that the allegations made in the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41477 of 2014 (3) dt.01-07-2015 2 / 2 complaint are false and neither the petitioners nor any of his family members had ever demanded any dowry or subjected the complainant to cruelty in respect of such demand. Learned counsel for the opposite party no. 2 vehemently opposes the prayer for bail.

Be that as it may, regard being had to the nature of accusation, the provisional anticipatory bail granted to the petitioners vide order dated 27.03.2015 in connection with Complaint Case No. 950-C of 2013 pending before the learned S.D.J.M., Bettiah, West Champaran, is confirmed.
