Taking note of recovery made from the conscious possession of the petitioner as well as stage of his trial, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Bikramganj P.S. case no. 10/2015 is, again, rejected.

However, learned Sub divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bikramganj (Rohtas)/concerned court is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner and try to conclude the same as early as possible, preferably, within six months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, failing which petitioner may renew his prayer for bail before the learned trial court itself.
