The petitioners seek bail in Majhaulia P.S. Case No. 296 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Sections 302 and 201/34 of Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are parents-in-law of the deceased. Husband has already been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 18.04.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. 13814 of 2018. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.59537 of 2018 (2) dt.06-10-2018 2/2 the case, prayer for bail of the petitioners is allowed. Let the petitioners above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, Distt.
