2. Earlier the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 20.03.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No.5054/2024. It is submitted that since, the petitioner is living in Ahmadnagar, Maharashtra for his livelihood therefore he could not remain physically present before the learned court below on each and every date as directed to the petitioner vide order dated 20.03.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 5054/2024, due to that, the bail bond of the petitioner has been cancelled.
3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23125 of 2025(2) dt.04-07-2025 2/2 petitioner seeks permission to extend the time for furnishing the bail bonds of the petitioner as well as to get relaxation from the condition no. 1 as imposed to the petitioner vide order dated 20.03.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 5054/2024.
4. Considering the above, let the petitioner be relaxed from the condition no.1 as imposed vide order dated 20.03.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 5054/2024 and let the time be further extended by four weeks for furnishing the bail bonds / surrendering before the court concerned from the receipt of this order.
5. Accordingly, the modification application is allowed and the order dated 20.03.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. 5054/2024 is modified to the above extent.
