JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 29-05-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Piro P.S. Case No. 247 of 2017 for the offenses under Section 304 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioner is that he was negligent in driving the vehicle due to which the accident took place and a school going girl died.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The petitioner is in custody since 19.12.2018.
