The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Sasaram (Agrer) P.S. Case No. 1136 of 2013 registered under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioner have been implicated in this case due to enmity. After investigation, final report was submitted against these petitioners showing them to be innocent. Petitioners have clean antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3498 of 2017 (2) dt.16-02-2017 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the 7th Additional Sessions Judge, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Sasaram (Agrer) P.S. Case no. 1136 of 2013 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
