====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 28-09-2018 Heard Sri Anant Kumar Bhaskar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Jitendra Kumar Singh, learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

The sole petitioner, who is a lady and having clean antecedent, which fact has been stated in paragraph - 3 of the petition apprehending her arrest in connection with Maker P.S. Case No. 111 of 2018, registered for the offence under Section 188/272/273/308 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 30/30(A)/41/47 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016, has prayed for grant of bail in the event of her arrest or surrender.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing was recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner.

No.60136 of 2018(2) dt.28-09-2018 2/2 Be that as it may, considering the nature of accusation, clean antecedent of the petitioner as well as the fact that petitioner is a lady, in the event of her arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let petitioner - Maina Devi be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- ( rupees ten thousand ) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 6th ADJ - cum- Special Judge, Excise, Saran at Chapra / concerned court in connection with Maker P.S. Case No. 111 of 2018 subject to the conditions as contemplated under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
