04.09.2015 The Petitioner seeks cancellation of bail granted to the Opposite Party No. 2 vide order dated 04.06.2015 passed by Sessions Judge, Nalanda in A.B.P. No. 767 of 2015 in connection with Bihar P.S. Case No. 380 of 2014 on the ground that it should be mediated and, hence, the Opposite Party No. 2 be noticed for cancellation. Since this can be no reason for cancellation of bail to the Opposite Party No. 2, the Application stands dismissed.
