The petitioner No. 3 is alleged to have demanded liquor from the informant and on refusal to oblige, an occurrence took place in which firing is stated to have been resorted to by petitioner No. 3. The other accused persons including petitioner Nos. 1, 2 and 4 are said to have assaulted the informant and another. Though it is stated that one of the persons received gun shot injuries below his eyes, but from the order impugned, it appears that the injuries are simple in nature and in the nature of swelling below the eyes. The parties are known to each other and it appears that dispute lies somewhere else and this case has been lodged to avenge enmity.

Considering the aforesaid facts and the clean antecedents of the petitioners, they, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of the present order, are directed to be released on bail on their furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten
