Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Belsand P.S. Case No. 70 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 324 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Although the allegation is of assaulting by means of farsa, but the doctor, who treated the informant, found the injuries sustained by the informant to be simple in nature as is evident from Annexure-2. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 28.04.2018. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.58161 of 2018(2) dt.08-10-2018 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Sitamarhi in connection with Belsand P.S. Case No. 70 of 2018.
