This application is being filed against the order dated 21.04.2015 arising out of Bisfi (Aunsi) P.S. Case No. 313 of 2014 (G.R. No. 3367 of 2014) by which learned Court below has taken cognizance against the petitioners under Sections 7 of the E.C. Act.

No ground for interference is made out.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to raise all the grounds at an appropriate stage.
