Petitioner seeks bail in Laxmipur P.S. Case No.218 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 392 Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the First Information Report. He has been arrested during investigation merely on the basis of suspicion. He is in custody since 23.06.2018. There is no recovery of any incriminating article from his possession. He has no criminal antecedents.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.57535 of 2018 (2) dt.28-09-2018 2/2 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jamui, in connection with Laxmipur P.S. Case No.218 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
