The petitioner has been granted provisional bail vide order passed on 20.3.2015 and upon consideration of the submissions advanced on behalf of the contesting parties and accepting the statement that the matter was referred to the Mediation-cum-Conciliation Committee, Civil Court, Bhagalpur. The report of the Mediation-cum-Conciliation Committee is placed at Flag-G which informs a failure of the mediation. The reason is attached to the petitioner who has shown unwillingness for restoration of harmony.
