JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 11-08-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners along with two girls and other persons were caught from a flat, while, allegedly, they were engaged in flesh trade but submission on behalf of the petitioners is that both the girls turned hostile in course of trial and stated before the trial court that they were never put in flesh trade. One co-accused namely, Dilip Kumar @ Deepak, having similar allegation has already been granted privilege of bail whereas petitioners are in jail custody since 07.01.2016.
