The petitioners being the mother and the sister of the husband of the victim are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Accusation is killing the daughter of the informant after about three years of marriage for non-fulfillment of dowry demand.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the husband of the victim is in custody. Considering the thrust of accusation against the
