JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 03-03-2017 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail for offences punishable under Sections of the Indian Penal Code. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that there is delay in lodging the F.I.R. and petitioners have falsely been implicated in the present case. No specific allegation is there against the petitioners with regard to outraging modesty, as alleged in the F.I.R.

Having heard both sides, in view of the allegation and delay in lodging the F.I.R., let above named petitioners, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks from the

No.5397 of 2017 (3) dt.03-03-2017 2/2 date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty-five thousand only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-Ist-cum-Special Judge (POCSO Act) in connection with POCSO Case no. 46 of 2016 arising out of Main P. S. Case no. 35 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and also subject to the conditions that (1) bailors should be local having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the court concerned, (2) petitioners shall cooperate in the investigation and make themselves available before the police as and when required.
