The petitioner seeks bail in Gaunaha P.S. Case No.67 of 2018 registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 413, 414, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

On the basis of secret information, the informant arrested one Rafiq Miyan with the stolen Bolero Jeep bearing registration No.BR-06P-2882. On the basis of the confession of Rafiq Miyan and others, house of the petitioner was also raided and one Bolero Jeep bearing registration No.BR-06P-4438 was recovered.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has purchased the Bolero from Vikash Rai and he had

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.60076 of 2018 (2) dt.28-09-2018 no knowledge that the Bolero was stolen one. Petitioner is in jail since 29.06.2018 and he has no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts that petitioner is purchaser of Bolero and he has got no criminal antecedent, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Gaunaha P.S. Case No.67 of 2018.
