The following reliefs have been sought for by the petitioner in the present writ application.

"1 A. For issuance of writ/writs, order/orders and direction/directions in the nature of certiorari for quashing the Memo No. 255 dated 03.06.2010 passed by the Block Education Extension Officer, Mahnar, DistrictVaishali by which the appointment of petitioner has been cancelled and further direction was given not to allow the petitioner to put her signature on

B.

For issuance of writ/writs, order/orders and direction/directions in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent to reinstate the petitioner.

C.

For issuance of writ/writs, order/orders and direction/directions in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to pay the salary of the petitioner for period she has been illegally terminated from the service and treated the break period as in continuous service.

D.

For issuance of writ/writs, order/orders and direction/directions may be issued in favour of the petitioner in accordance with law for which she is entitled to in the ends of justice, equity and fair play."

Considering the reliefs as sought for by the petitioner in the present writ application, the petitioner is directed to prefer an appeal before the District Appellate Authority, Vaishali at Hajipur, within a period of thirty days from the date of the order, which shall be disposed of in accordance with law, within the statutory period.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, the present writ application stands disposed of.
