Petitioner is accused in connection with Shastrinagar P.S. Case No. 70 of 2018 registered under Sections 406, 420, 379 and 120(B) of the I.P.C.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is quite innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case due to ulterior motive. Further submission is that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 15.03.2018.
