Respondent No. 9 to grant protection to the petitioner being a settlee of Satanpur Bus Stand given under notification vide Memo No.49 dated 16.4.2010 issued by Regional Transport Authority, Darbhanga (Respondent No.4) and Parwana contained in 617 dated 6.4.2010 issued by Circle Officer Ujiarpur respondent No.9 as well as followed the direction given by this Hon'ble Court in C.WJ.C.No.19776 of 2012 dated 17.10.2012 by which causing any obstruction in the affair of petitioner's Bus Stand in collection of ground rent be protected and restrained the scrupulous persons who are making hindrance in collection of ground rent i.e. the respondent 2nd set by the Respondent Authority as well as the order issued by the respondent nos.5 and 6 contained in Memo No.1131 Sa dated 2.3.2013 and order contained in 1590-Go-dated 9.3.2013 be complied in true spirit by Respondent No.10 in view of the petitioner paying

Patna High Court CWJC No.18377 of 2014(2) dt.19-06-2024 3/3 revenue against the settlement of Satanpur Bus Stand which was restrained and stopped the functioning of collection of ground rent by the petitioner at Satanpur Bus Stand by the Respondent 2 set, petitioner further prays for grant of any other relief/reliefs for which the petitioner entitled be also given for smooth running of collection of ground rent for this present financial year and during pendency of this writ application the private respondents be restrained for interference for the smooth running of Satanpur Bus Stand."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous, however, the petitioner be granted liberty to approach the respondent authorities in case of any subsisting grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted. 3.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
