JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-10-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is in custody in a case registered under Sections 304(B), 120(b), 201, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3 / 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

The allegation against the petitioner and other coaccused is of killing the daughter of the informant for non fulfillment of demand of dowry.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 17.07.2015. Charge sheet has been submitted in this case. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering with the witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is the mother-in-law of the deceased. She is separate in mess and property of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32340 of 2016 (4) dt.04-10-2016 2/2 husband of the deceased.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the FIR.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let, above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge 1st, Danapur in connection with Khiri More P.S.Case No. 04 of 2015/ G.R.No. 296/2015, S.T.No. 448/2016.
