Petitioner seeks bail in Mehsi P.S. Case No.100 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 304-B/34 Indian Penal Cod and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is father-in-law of the deceased.
Petitioner is in custody since 05.05.2018.
There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner in the written report.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc.
