2. Today, none appears on behalf of the petitioner.

3. In the instant writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for grant of following reliefs:-

Patna High Court CWJC No.6964 of 2025(3) dt.26-09-2025 2/3 "(i) For issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ/ direction/ order for commanding the respondent concerned to constitute high level enquiry committee to initiate enquiry into the matter of the gross financial irregularities as well as fund misappropriation in implementing the state government decision for improving and making basic facilities at Primary & Middle school of the State like construction and renovation of building and boundary of school and its electrification; construction of classrooms, libraries, playgrounds, Submersible boring and in providing Mid Day Meal facilities, FLN Student Kits, sanitation and toiletry facilities to create a good learning environment since the Financial Year 2021-22 onwards.

(ii) For issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ/ direction/ order for commanding the respondent concerned to establish the charges against real culprits for the offence committed in the aforesaid irregularities and misappropriation in implementing the various state government scheme to create a good learning environment in Primary & Middle school of the State and further to impose appropriate punishment for the same.

iii) For issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ/

iv) For issuance of any other appropriate writ, order or direction which your Lordships may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case."

4. In the absence of specific relief, with reference to any policy decision in which certain irregularities has been taken is not forthcoming from any of the particular Office. In other words, relief sought in the present petition is very generalise.

5. Accordingly, the present petition stands dismissed with cost of Rs.5000/-. Cost shall be remitted in the Lawyers' Association Welfare Benevolent Fund, Indian Bank, BranchLNMI, Bailey Road, Patna, IFSC No.IDIB000L501 having Bank Account No.7801893276 within a period of eight weeks.
