Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 47(A), 53(C), 54 of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act.

10 liters sprit kept in gallon and bottle is said to have been recovered from a field which belongs to one Satendra Prasad but so far as the petitioner is concerned, it is stated that at the time of raid, petitioner and one Paltu Paswan were sitting near the aforesaid field and seeing the police party tried to flee from there. Taking into consideration that the aforesaid recovery has not been made from conscious possession of the petitioner and is languishing in jail custody since 12.4.2016, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief
