Petitioner is accused in connection with Barauli P.S. Case No.66 of 2005 registered under Sections 304/34 and 201/34 of the I.P.C.
The accusation is of killing of daughter of the informant by her husband and in-laws' for non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.
Submission is that petitioner is gotni of the deceased, who used to reside with her husband and has no concern with the husband of the deceased. Further submission is that husband of the deceased Tribhuvan Pathak has faced trial vide Sessions Trial No. 364 of 2006/322 of 2006 and has been
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27691 of 2016 (2) dt.12-07-2016 acquitted by the Additional Sessions Judge, F.T.C. V, Gopalganj on 01.04.2008. The petitioner is a lady and is in custody since 07.06.2016.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-II, Gopalganj in connection with Barauli P.S. Case No. 66 of 2005.
