Petitioner has prayed for the following relief(s):- "(I) To issue an appropriate order/s, direction/s including a writ preferably in the nature of CERTIORARI for quashing the order dated 03.09.2016 passed by District Public Grievance Redressal Officer, Rohtas in Complaint No. 432110128071600599 dated 28.07.2016 whereby and where under rejected the claim of the father of petitioner. (II) To direct the respondents to correct the Electric bill of the father of the petitioner because the father of petitioner has taken seasonal connection for irrigation of Rabbi Crops of 2 H.P. but the Electricity bill has been sent of 5 H.P. (III) The petitioner seeks indulgence of the Hon'ble Court to grant him any other relief/s to which he is entitled in the

The counsel for the State has submitted that petitioner has filed this writ petition against the order passed by the District Public Grievance Redressal Officer, Rohtas in the year 2016 and as such, present writ petition is fit to be dismissed on ground of delay and latches and also without exhausting the statutory remedy of appeal against the impugned order. The writ petition is disposed of with liberty to petitioner to approach the appellate authority against the impugned order, if so advised.
