2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that even though the Deputy Collector (Establishment) Patna, has sanctioned the Earned Leave for 173 days in light of Rule 234 read with Rule 227, the same has not been paid to the petitioner.

3. The Circle Officer, Phulwarishariff, Patna, must ensure to submit the sanction letter to the Treasury Officer, Patna if it is not already submitted in compliance of Memo no.

Patna High Court CWJC No.4590 of 2023(2) dt.31-07-2023 2/2 262 dated 31.01.2022. In case, the same is pending before the Treasury Officer, Patna, the Treasury Officer must ensure in either of the case to credit the amount in account of the petitioner within three days, failing which, this Court will proceed against him in accordance with law.

4. In case, the personal appearance of the petitioner is required, the concerned respondents shall personally contact the petitioner and get all the paraphernalia done including filling of statutory forms within two days so that no other delay is caused.

5. Learned counsel for the State is directed to inform the Treasury Officer as well as the Circle Officer without waiting for pronouncement of this order so that they can act in accordance with law.

6. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of.
