JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 02-09-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 447,448,323,324,307 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is of making assault on the head of the informant when other accused persons entered into the house and took away house hold articles.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the injury on the head of the informant has been found to be simple though injury on the hand has been found to be grievous but that has not been alleged to have been caused by the petitioner. It is further submitted that there is counter version of the occurrence also.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34890 of 2015 (2) dt.02-09-2015 2/2 Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner in case the petitioner surrenders within six weeks from today in connection with Mansahi P.S. Case No. 33 of 2015 pending in the court of learned J.M. Ist Class, Katihar . This application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation/direction.
